Está ubicado a pocos minutos caminando de Plaza de España, en pleno centro de Madrid. La comunicación en transporte público es excelente, con una estación de Cercanías y Metro muy cercana. Además, el apartamento se encuentra a pocas paradas de Metro de Ciudad Universitaria, por lo que resulta muy conveniente para estudiantes y profesionales.
