Consta de un dormitorio con baño completo independiente, salón comedor con cocina abierta. Equipada con electrodomésticos , nevera-congelador, lavadora, vitrocerámica, horno y microondas.
Cubiertos , vajilla, sartenes etc. Tendedero, calefacción por radiador y bomba de calo- frío., AA. Termo eléctrico de 100l. Gran espacio de almacenamiento. Wifi. Ropa de cama y toallas no incluidas.
Orientación a levante lo que hace el apartamento muy luminoso. Conserje de lunes a domingo. Edificio tranquilo.
