This 2-bedroom apartment available to rent in Madrid's Chamartín district is a cozy and modern home. The 80 m² duplex has both bedrooms downstairs and the main shared areas on the ground floor. There is an large open-concept kitchen and living room that has a sitting corner, dining area, and an equipped kitchen. The spacious room is ideal for gathering with friends and family. In addition to all the furniture, there is beautiful brick walls and artwork.

Chamartín is the main financial hub of the city making it a more upscale but convenient neighborhood to live in. On Calle Luis Vives, you are just seconds from an endless number of shops, banks, bars and restaurants. You also have 2 Metro stops nearby, which provide great connections to other parts of Madrid.

What we liked the most

  • There are AC units – great for summer.
  • A rental property with such a big TV is a great bonus.
  • You are surrounded by basic amenities.
  • There are 2 Metro stops less than 5 minutes away.

Things to keep in mind

  • The staircase may be a little steep.
  • Bedroom 2 has a sofa bed.
