Se trata de un amplio piso perfecto para estudiantes y jóvenes profesionales, recién reformado y completamente amueblado, muy cerca al centro de Madrid, rodeado de zonas ajardinadas y muy bien comunicado con Ciudad Universitaria.

Es un apartamento de tres habitaciones, un baño, salón, un pequeño balcón, una pequeña zona de comedor para cuatro personas y cocina equipada e independiente con cocina, horno, microondas, vajilla, una lavadora. Todos, cuentan con armarios, mesas de estudio con lámpara, juego de sábanas y toallas.

El piso está localizado cerca de la parada de metro de Antonio Machado (línea 7). Además, tiene una parada de bus a escasos metros (línea 132 que te lleva hasta Ciudad Universitaria). La zona posee una gran variedad de comercio como supermercados, farmacias o restaurantes con las que se puede cubrir cualquier tipo de necesidad.

How to book
