A charming 2-bedroom apartment with a balcony and AC is available to rent in Lavapiés. The apartment has a sunny living room, where you can relax on the cozy couch while planning your day out in the city center. The living room also has a lovely dining room area, which has a large dining table and a gorgeous fireplace. The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook up a storm, including an oven, a washing machine, and a dishwasher for quick cleanups.
Both bedrooms have lots of natural light, and each is well-furnished with a comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space for all your things. In the bathroom, you'll find a sizable shower and lots of space to keep your toiletries.
You'll be living in Lavapiés, 1 of Madrid's most central, historic, and well-connected neighborhoods. You'll have it all around here-- the apartment is a short walk from the iconic Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, as well as the amazing La Latina neighborhood and Atocha. With lots of multicultural restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, bars, and shops to enjoy nearby, you'll love Lavapiés!
