A well-equipped and furnished 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in the neighbourhood of Tetuán. The property feels bright and airy and has plenty of storage so you can keep your space neat and tidy. The addition of AC will be a real bonus during the summer months.
Tetuán is the perfect neighbourhood if you are looking for an authentic Madrid experience, away from the crowds and tourist hot-spots. Here you will find a characterful and eclectic area with all the necessary amenities and lots of easygoing charm.
What we liked the most
- The large sofa is the best place to relax after a day at work or studying.
- With a washing machine available, you don't have to waste time at the laundrette.
- AC is a necessity during the hot Madrid summers.
- This neighbourhood is ideal if you want to feel as though you're living like a local.
- There's a bakery just round down the road - perfect for a quick and easy breakfast.
- Smart TV and microwave have been recently added to the property.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no machine dryer in the apartment but a clothes rack should do the trick.
- Wi-Fi will be installed in the property in September.
