This is a minimalist ground floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Calle de Santoña, Madrid. It boasts a newly refurbished interior and crisp colour scheme, plus a loft level sleeping area for extra flexibility.

This property is ideal if you're looking for a trendy little spot out of the city hustle. You're an easy walk from the wide range of local shops, restaurants and cafés, and close to the huge Parque de Pradolongo.

What we liked the most

Check-out: exit cleaning fee to be discounted from deposit:

    Cleaning fee in shared rooms: 60€/month will be charged for the cleaning of thee common areas.
