With a double bed, bed linen and towels, a kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, toaster and kitchenware, you can enjoy a practical and functional space. In addition the apartment has air conditioning (hot/cold), high-speed WiFi, television, washing machine and dryer.
The apartment is located in a semi-basement and does not have an elevator, and the windows overlook an interior patio, and to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, we do not provide any oil, salt or pepper during your stay

- Check-out or Departure from the Studio at 11 A.M. at the latest (CHECK-OUT TIME IS NOT NEGOTIABLE).
- One day before check-out, a maintenance fee of 60 euros must be paid in cash.
