Apartment with 2 rooms (one bedroom + workspace), 1 bathroom, living room with dining room and kitchen. Natural and sustainable decoration, creating a cozy atmosphere by using natural materials as bamboo, wicker, wood, cork, linen, cotton .... Its 40 m 2 have a good distribution to make the rest/leisure area independent of the workspace. All rooms (including the bathroom) have a window into an interior patio. The bedroom has a bed (135x190 cm), a bedside table and a wardrobe. The “workspace room” is perfectly equipped with a desk of 105x50 cm, work chair and shelves; in addition to having a sofa bed (80x190 cm) and small wardrobe. The bathroom is modern and spacious, has a shower, sink with furniture and window to the patio. The living room has a comfortable two-seat sofa, a spacious reading chair with good lighting, 80 cm (32") HD smart-TV and a 74x74 cm dining table with 2 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped; it has a microwave of 20 Lt capacity, oven of 60 Lt capacity, induction hob, extractor hood, washing machine/drier of 9 Kg washing capacity / 6 Kg drying capacity, WIFI and 7 fast cycles, refrigerator of 2 doors of 145 cm of height with freezer of 40 Lt of capacity, iron, crockery, cutlery, cups, bowls, glasses etc ...
