If you are looking to live in a unique three-story house, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, in the heart of the Barrio de Salamanca, this is definitely your home.

Urbantec Realty offers you a house spread over three floors, recently renovated and fantastically distributed so that natural light reaches all rooms.

Upon entering the house, the first floor is located a very large hall - distributor, from which we access the living area, the dining area, the kitchen area, a large toilet, the service bedroom, and the upper and lower floors.

The living room is spacious enough to accommodate several sofas, an office table, a large bookcase, etc. The natural light is the characteristic of this room together with the height of the ceilings. A large translucent glass window allows natural light to be the protagonist in this room while allowing fantastic isolation from the noise of the street outside.

Another highlight of this fantastic and spacious room is the possibility of being able to observe from a specific area of the living room and through a hole, the play area, and storage.

On the first floor, there is also a large dining room, independent from the rest of the house thanks to a fantastic glass window with wrought iron profiles, making this room unique, modern, spacious, and bright.

The kitchen, next to the dining room, is very spacious, with an island in the middle of these large dimensions, which allows having a lot of storage. The double refrigerator and all appliances complement a fantastic kitchen.

On the first floor, there is a large play and storage area, as well as a small cellar.

The whole house has the highest technology in the use of energy, as it has Aerotermia both for heating and air conditioning.

The location of the property is fantastic, as it is located in the heart of the Salamanca district, on Principe de Vergara Street. Undoubtedly one of the best neighborhoods in the city of Madrid, surrounded by fantastic stores, supermarkets, and some of the best restaurants in the city.

The communication by public transport is excellent as it has several subway stops just minutes from the house, as well as buses.

  • If the neighbors complain about noise or parties or the occupancy exceeds the agreed number, the landlord will deduct €500 after the first notice. After the second notice, the tenants will be asked to vacate the property
