This beautiful 1-bedroom apartment for rent is just ideal for couples as the bedroom features two single beds and a large storage space. The tenant will be able to enjoy a spacious living room with a balcony, a small but fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a cosy bathtub. And as a bonus point, the apartment also has air conditioning - huzzah!
This apartment is based on a quiet street, Calle San Blas, and is just a few steps away from a metro station. The surrounding area is full of funky cafes and delicious restaurants with some of the best tapas. You'll be located just minutes away from the city centre and close to Retiro park where you can relax in the summer.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is perfect for anyone wanting to live in the city centre and is couples friendly. It has air conditioning, which will save you from the hot Madrid summer.
- You'll benefit from a cosy, spacious living room with a sofa, a dining area and a TV. The living room also has a balcony with a view of the street.
- The chic bedroom has two single beds that can make a double bed when put together - ideal for couples. You'll have plenty of storage available, including a built-in closet.
