Recién reformado. Luminosa y espacioso. 5 min andando de metro. Hay muchos bares y restaurantes cerca, supermercados y tiendas. Muy tranquilo y residencial. Hay portero en el edificio los días laborales. Limpieza mensual por nuestra chica de limpieza de 30€ obligatorio por el mantenimiento de piso. Se habla con el propietario para concretar el día y hora. Hay ascensor. Las fiestas prohibidas. Se pide respetar las normas de casa y cuidar el piso. En el caso de alguna avería llamar e informar al propietario y dejar a los técnicos que hagan el arreglo. Dejar el piso en las mismas condiciones.
