La habitación es EXTERIOR, luminosa y perfectamente equipada, con los siguientes complementos: 1 cama de 0,90m con almohadas, juego de sábanas y edredón, escritorio con silla y lampara, un espacioso armario doble con espejo, calefacción por gas natural individual. Todas las habitaciones incluyen cerradura con llave privada Y conexión wifi por fibra de alta velocidad. La propiedad cuenta con dos baños amplios y completos. En cuanto a las zonas comunes, la vivienda cuenta con una amplia cocina, amueblada y equipada con todos los electrodomésticos (frigorífico, cocina, lavadora, caldera/calentador eléctrico, microondas) y el menaje necesario (cacerolas, sartenes, cubertería y cristalería).
