Está ubicado en Avenida San Diego, la cual se encuentra en el distrito de Vallecas, está muy cercana a metros y buses que te llevan directamente al centro de la ciudad, la zona está llena de tiendas y parques, a los que puedes ir caminando. Podrás acercarte al centro cada vez que quieras, ya que tienes estaciones de metro y bus a cinco minutos de distancia. Estos servicios de transporte no solo te llevan directamente al centro de la ciudad sino, también, a las universidades más populares de Madrid.
El apartamento se encuentra en un bajo. Tiene 3 habitaciones, 1 baño, una cocina compartida equipada con dos neveras y todos los enseres necesarios.
