Important Information for Your Booking and Check-In Process
To complete your booking and confirm your stay, you must pass a vetting process.
Additionally, the following steps must be completed at least 48 hours prior to check-in:
Payment:
- Pay the deposit and first month's bill provision
- You will receive an email with a payment link.
Contract Signing: Sign the contract online.
Check-In Arrangement: Finalize the details of your check-in.
Note: Check-in cannot proceed unless all the above steps are completed.
Check-In Fees
- Monday to Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM): No additional cost (excluding holidays).
- Monday to Friday (6:00 PM - 9:00 PM): €65 + VAT per person.
- Weekends and Holidays (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM): €65 + VAT per person.
Additional Information
Bedding (sheets, blankets, comforters, pillows) and hangers are not provided in the rooms.
There is an exit cleaning fee that will be deducted from Deposit at the end of your stay:
