In the vicinity of the stadium are the most emblematic buildings of the capital, which constitute the "Manhattan of Madrid". This coliving is perfect for digital nomads who need a nice apartment to live and work in but not all for themselves.
In this coliving, there are 3 bedrooms each one with its own key for privacy, only one person is allowed per bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms, both with bathtubs.
The coworking area with large windows to bring that space enough light for your daily work has a large table with plugs for you to charge your PC or devices and wheelchairs. Complimentary coffee, and printing area, with a printer, paper, and office supplies. By the window 2 individual sofas and a table for your breaks enjoying the garden views.
The kitchen of the coliving is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster, and all you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. Next is the laundry area with a washing machine, and dryer. Of course, you have the vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.
