This newly renovated 120 m², 7-bedroom apartment has cozy rooms available to rent located right next to the gorgeous Retiro Park. The available rooms vary in size, some are ensuite, some exterior, but they all come furnished with the basics and have a key for added privacy. The main shared area is the all-white kitchen, fully equipped and with plenty of cupboard space.
On Calle de Amado Nervo minutes from Retiro, the apartment is in one of the privileged areas of Madrid. The area is residential which means you have corner shops and other amenities nearby. When you need to get around town you have several bus stops close by and a metro stop.
