In the heart of Madrid's Salamanca neighborhood are rooms available to rent in this 6-bedroom apartment shared with the live-in landlord. The available rooms vary in size but come with a bed, desk, and storage space. The main shared area is the equipped kitchen.
On Calle de José Ortega y Gasset, the apartment is located one of the most famous shopping streets in Madrid. Living here your neighbors include Louis Vuitton and Christian Dior. Salamanca is posh and offers amazing dining experiences and trendy cocktails bars. There is plenty to do and discover within walking distance, but you are also surrounded by metro stops to get you around Madrid quickly.
Room description
Bedroom 2 is one of the smaller rooms but has a huge built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. There is also a desk and a chest of drawers. Please keep in mind that the room is interior and does not receive a lot of natural light.
What we liked the most
- The rooms come fully furnished.
- The kitchen has 2 refrigerators.
- There are plenty of delicious restaurants to try nearby.
- You are surrounded by metros to get you around town.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a strict noise policy in order to not disturb the older neighbors.
- There is a fee for overnight guests.
- The landlord is planning to install AC in Bedroom 2.
