Esta vivienda se encuentra en el corazón de Palomeras Bajas, uno de los barrios más tradicionales y con mayor vida de Puente de Vallecas, justo en la intersección de dos arterias principales: la Avenida de Palomeras y la calle Arroyo del Olivar. La zona cuenta con un comercio local consolidado, ofreciendo todo tipo de servicios a pocos pasos de casa, además de estar rodeada de zonas verdes ideales para el deporte o el descanso. A tan solo 5 minutos a pie se encuentran el Polideportivo y la Piscina Municipal, perfectos para quienes llevan un estilo de vida activo. En cuanto a transporte, la comunicación es excelente: la línea de autobús nº 10 tiene parada a solo 200 metros, mientras que las estaciones de metro Portazgo (Línea 1) y Buenos Aires están a 500 m y 450 m respectivamente, conectando rápidamente con el centro de Madrid.
