Tiene, metro linea 9 Puerta de Arganda, cercanias Vicalvaro, 3 autobuses 100, E3 , 71, Intercambiador en Puerta de Arganda. Conexion al Intercambiador de Pavones. Si vienen en coche, no tienen zona verde, ni azul. Servicio bicimad enfre de la urbanización y supermercados , bares, parques.
Con el tema de la cocina, pueden utilizar el microondas para platos precocinados, no se permite cocinar.
