En cuanto a las zonas comunes, la vivienda cuenta con calefacción por gas natural, cocina amueblada y equipada con todos los electrodomésticos (frigorífico, cocina, lavadora, microondas) y el menaje necesario (cacerolas, sartenes, cubertería y cristalería), y un baño compartido con plato de ducha, cómodo y amplio.
