- The apartment is close to transport and amenities.
- Having a pool in the building will come in very handy during those hot summer days.

- There is a dining table so you can share a meal with your flatmates.
- There is a washing machine to take care of your laundry.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only 1 shared bathroom, but bedroom 2 has an ensuite.
