This apartment is located in Nueva España, a professional neighbourhood with everything you need to live comfortably. For example, there are plenty of restaurants and shops along nearby Paseo de la Castellana, and the Parque cuarto depósito is also within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport, so getting around Madrid is easy.
- This apartment has a doorman for added peace-of-mind.
- The shared bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet, bidet and sink, as well as a large mirror.
- The kitchen has a dishwasher so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up after dinner.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
Things to keep in mind
