Apartment located in the Arapiles district, just 3 minutes from the Islas Filipinas Metro Station and 10 minutes from the Canal Metro stations. It has excellent services and aminities near by (supermarkets, pharmacies, gyms, restaurants etc.), and the Canal Park which is perfect for sports activities. It is close to the Argüelles shopping area. The apartment is a 15 minute walk from the Fundación Jimenez Díaz Hospital, 5 minutes from San Pablo CEU University, and 15 minutes from Ciudad Universitaria (UCM). The building has a lift and a doorman. The apartment has 2 full bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges.

🔒 Deposit
Equivalent to one month’s rent plus the utility bill amount for the first month.
It must be paid by bank transfer before check-in, together with the first month’s utilities.
The deposit will be returned within 4 to 6 weeks after the end of the contract, once all utility costs and the condition of the property have been checked.

- Equivalent to one month’s rent plus the utility bill amount.
- Payable in cash at check-in.
