This 13-bedroom, five-bedroom apartment is located on Calle del Arenal in the middle of Madrid de los Austrias in the center of Madrid. Calle del Arenal connects the Plaza Isabel II and the Teatro Real to the Puerta del Sol, the geographic center of Madrid (and of Spain!). This area is ideal for those wanting to live in the true center of the action, with Joy Eslava, a popular nightclub and music venue on the street, as well as having the famous churros y chocolate from the Chocolatería San Ginés right at your fingertips. The area of the apartment is 260 m2.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
The safety of our tenants and owners is our priority.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

  • ID or Passport
    Identification document (ID card or passport)
  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
