Piso recién pintado y con mobiliario a estrenar en una de las zonas de negocio y comercial más seguras de Madrid. Tiene cuatro habitaciones y dos baños completos, cocina independiente y comedor. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, dos de ellas dan a un patio interior con mucha luz natural, y otras dos dan al exterior, de las cuales una de ellas cuenta con una terraza con mesita, además ambas tienen zona de living con sofá y escritorio. La finca cuenta con ascensor y portero. Muy bien comunicado con la Línea azul a sólo dos minutos andando de casa y diversos autobuses que te conectan con el Paseo de Castellana y Bravo Murillo.
