Common areas include the living room with a big wall-mounted TV, fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher!), and 3 bathrooms to be used among 9 tenants. All rooms are furnished with a desk and wardrobe, and 5 of the rooms have double beds with 4 come with single beds. The rooms are an ideal choice for students and young professionals who seek to make friends while living in the center of Madrid; and friends you’ll make, as you’ll be living with 8 other people! With a social environment in and out of the flat, your life in Madrid will never be dull with these rooms as your base. If you want to get away, just walk over to the city's main train station, hop on a high speed train and go explore the rest of Spain!
