Are you looking for a room for rent in a shared apartment right around the corner from Puerta del Sol? We have 7 rooms available on calle Galdo, in a 4th floor apartment right in the heart of Madrid. The apartment comes fully furnished and most rooms are exterior and equipped with a balcony overlooking the street. The tenants will share a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. You will be living in the most exciting part of Madrid and will be within walking distance to most of Madrid's attractions such as Retiro park, Palacio Real, Gran Via and, of course, Puerta del Sol, which will be like your second home! The area is surrounded with markets, shops and many delicious restaurants where you can try out the tasty Spanish tapas. Get ready to be busy!

- Monthly payment of €5 per tenant for cleaning products.

Water, electricity and gas bills are not included. For water it is between €5 - €13 each month, and electricity/gas will depend on use. They****are more or less 60 euros per month per tenant_._

Check-in/Bookings:
- Bookings closed during weekends: If the booking is closed during the weekend, the earliest check-in would be on the following Monday at 16:00.
- Bookings with check in on the same day: If the booking is confirmed after 16:00, the earliest check-in would be the next day at 16:00.

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.

As the apartment is located right in the city centre, you will be within a walking distance to most Madrid's attractions, however, if you do wish to catch a metro train, you will have plenty available. Metro stations Callao (M3, M5) and Sol (M1, M2, M3) are just a few minute walk away from the apartment.
