The apartment itself is an old building that is lovingly maintained. Which means you get a home with character and stylish, modern decor. It also has a living room and kitchen, 2 bathrooms, polished parquet floors and high ceilings.
You'll be a few minutes walk away from the geographical heart of the city, Puerta del Sol, and steps away from Malasaña, the hipster neighbourhood of Madrid. Get ready to make friends from all over the world!

What we liked the most
- This is a nice property, but, let's face it, the location is unbeatable.
- As it has 2 bathrooms (1 of which has 2 sinks), you can forget about the morning queue.
- Some of the rooms have balconies. Nice!
- The kitchen has acres of storage room for your food.
Things to keep in mind
- It is dark inside the property. Especially in the lounge. However, some of the bedrooms are very bright.
