Despite being in an old part of the town with lots of charm, this flat is completely renovated and features modern amenities like a fully equipped kitchen and parquet floors. You'll share the bathroom, living room with a flat-screen TV, and the kitchen with your roommates.
This neighborhood is referred to as the Barrio de las Letras, or the Literary Quarter, for being the home to the greatest Spanish authors. Today, aside from maintaining the beauty and charm of its past, the area also offers an endless amount of dining and nightlife options to keep locals and visitors busy!

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
