Habitación muy luminosa, con derecho a usar la cocina. Está situado en frente del piruli, al lado del Retiro, del Parque de la fuente del Berro y Parque Márques de Lozoya. Bien comunicado, metro de O'donnell y Sainz de Baranda, muchas líneas de autobuses, cerca de Goya, la Puerta de Alcalá, Manuel Becerra, winzi, etc todo muy céntrico.
