Normas de la Casa
- Horas de silencio: Se deben respetar las horas de silencio entre las 10:00 p.m. y las 9:00 a.m., tal como exige la ley en Madrid.
- No se permiten mascotas o animales.
- Cuida el apartamento: Trata la casa como si fuera tuya. El incumplimiento de esta norma puede resultar en la expulsión inmediata del apartamento sin reembolso de las noches restantes.
- Prohibido fumar o vapear: Está estrictamente prohibido fumar o vapear dentro del apartamento. Si deseas fumar, hazlo en la calle y desecha las colillas de manera responsable. Si se detecta olor a humo, quemaduras u otros daños, se te cobrará por los desperfectos.
- No se permiten fiestas ni música alta: Si los vecinos se ven perturbados o se llama a la policía por ruido o mala conducta, serás desalojado de inmediato y sin reembolso.
- Uso de llaves: No dejes la llave en la cerradura al salir del apartamento, ya que no podrás reingresar y se deberá llamar a un cerrajero a tu cargo.
- Huéspedes adicionales no autorizados: Solo los huéspedes indicados en la reserva pueden alojarse en el apartamento. Si se descubren huéspedes adicionales no autorizados, no se reembolsará el depósito de seguridad y tu reserva podría ser cancelada.
- Manejo de basura: Desecha la basura diariamente en los contenedores grises grandes de la calle principal y recicla los desechos según corresponda:
- Naranja: No reciclable
- Marrón: Residuos orgánicos
- Amarillo: Reciclable.
- Check-in y check-out: El check-in, check-out, e internet Wi-Fi están incluidos en el precio del alquiler; sin embargo, se aplican las siguientes tarifas:
- Check-in entre las 8:00 p.m. y las 12:00 a.m.: 30 EUR.
- Check-in entre las 12:00 a.m. y las 8:00 a.m.: 50 EUR.
- Check-in después de las 2:00 a.m. consultar, el 25 de diciembre, 31 de diciembre, 1 de enero, o en días festivos nacionales: 50 EUR.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:
