Admin fee varies depending on the duration of the contract:
- 32 days to 3 months: 70% monthly payment + VAT
- 3 to 5 months: 80% monthly fee + VAT
- 5 to 11 months: 100% monthly payment + VAT
Supplies: bills are equal to 120€/month. If it is exceeded, it is regularised at the end of each month.
Cleaning fee: payment at check in.
Payment of the stay:
- If the contract is 6 months or less, the full stay must be paid at check in.
- If the stay is longer than 7 months, the first 6 months must be paid at check in and the rest up to a maximum of 11 months.

- Photocopy of passport / DNI / NIE of the person who will occupy the property.
- Address of origin.

Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
