This cosy 1-bedroom apartment is for rent on Av. de Badajoz, in the area of Ciudad Lineal. The 27m² space comes fully furnished, with a kitchen equipped with all you need to cook, and lovely hardwood floors. The bathroom is functional, and there is a washing machine available. The apartment enjoys access to a pool, gym and sauna!
This apartment is well within walking distance of amenities such as supermarkets, cafes and shops. The neighborhood is pleasant, and close to the beautiful Parque El Calero, the perfect place for a picnic. For a spot of culture, the Galería Nelson Madero is just a few blocks away.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is cute and homely, with a couch for comfort and heating for the winter months.
- In the summer, you'd be crazy not to take advantage of the pool!
- There is also a balcony on which to cool off under the Spanish sun.
- In the winter, you'll also have access to a gym and sauna.
- There are several shops, restaurants and a butchery nearby. Why not settle in for a coffee at the comfortable Magaly cafe!
