La vivienda esta ubicada en un típico edificio Madrileño construido en el año mil novecientos, que conserva su construcción original, con una corrala protegida, la vivienda tiene una capacidad máxima para cuatro personas. Cuenta con un sofá cama para dos personas y una cama matrimonial, tiene una cocina totalmente equipada y un baño, la calefacción es a través del aire acondicionado que tiene bomba de calor. El acceso a la vivienda es por las escaleras ya que la vivienda no cuenta con ascensor.
