- The flat is very quiet for its central location, so sleeping will not be a problem.
- The apartment is furnished and fully equipped with modern furniture.

Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is a studio, thus the whole property is a single space. However, the bed is designed to be very easily used as a sofa.
- Please note that the measurements on the floorplan are inaccurate.
- Cleaning fee is mandatory: 22 euros per week
- Bed linen and towels are not provided in the accommodation. The tenant will have to bring his/her own bed linen and towel.
- The bathtub has been removed, and there is now a shower.
