Andando a tan sólo dos minutos de Gran Vía, ubicado en uno de los lugares más emblemáticos de Madrid (Plaza de España), lo que permite un acceso rápido a todo tipo de comercios y ocio de la ciudad (cine, teatro, espectáculos...)

Boasting a fantastic location just 1 minute from the Gran Via, this apartment will make a fantastic base to explore the city. Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace and many of Madrid's most famous attractions are located nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- In the case of an early check out the tenant will have to pay the entire duration of their contract.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
- The apartment can only be used by registered tenants.
- In the event of lost keys, the costs of copying or changing the locks will be charged to the tenant.
- No one else is allowed in the apartment other than those registered (subletting is prohibited).
- Parties are not allowed.
- At the time of booking, the tenant must provide information regarding their passport/ID/NIE number and residential address in advance. If a tenant fails to provide this information, the reservation may be canceled; this is done to formalize the rental agreement.
- A seasonal rental agreement is signed before entering the studio.
- A two-months security deposit is required. This deposit will be requested and returned at the end of the stay if the property is in the same condition as it was delivered (clean and free of damage) and if the property is not vacated before the stipulated period.
- Failure to pay the deposit prior to check-in will entitle the owner to cancel the reservation.
- Expenses due prior to the stay (€140/month for electricity, water, and Wi-Fi) cover up to a maximum.
