It’s just 10 minutes from the metro, a 20-minute walk to the main train station, and 25 minutes on foot to the beach. The area is well-served with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and excellent public transport options. The attic is located on the second floor of a two-story building, distributed as follows: - Ground floor: Garage and building entrance. - First floor: An apartment (not available for rent). - Second floor: Two attic studios, including this one, and the shared terrace. This attic studio has one single room, which includes both the bedroom and the kitchen, creating an open and functional space. Ideally, it is designed for one person, especially if the purpose is to work from there.
