Composto da ampio ingresso, cucina abitabile, bagno, camera con letto matrimoniale, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e due ampi balconi. ** Il soggiorno è stato realizzato in modo tale che possa diventare a tutti gli effetti una seconda camera perché dotato di armadi, comodini e abat-jour.** Funge quindi anche da seconda camera. È stato completamente ristrutturato recentemente e tutta la pavimentazione (tranne quella del bagno) è in parquet.
