Apartment in Milan

Beautiful and modern apartment, recently completely renovated, spacious, bright, and quiet with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, terrace and balcony. The furnishings are custom-made and of high quality, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The apartment is located in a typical old Milanese building with balconies.

Upon entering the entrance, there is a very convenient terrace where will be placed tables and chairs. Entering the apartment, you find a huge living room with a peninsula sofa, a beautiful large wooden dining table for 10 people, and stunning laminate flooring. The television is on the right side. On the left, there is the super modern kitchen, fully equipped and separated by modern sliding glass doors, which are beautiful and convenient for separating the environment and not letting kitchen odors pass through. The kitchen has an induction hob, two electric ovens so you can cook at two different temperatures, a wine cellar, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher.

From the living room, on the right, you can enter a first room equipped with a single bed, a desk, and a very spacious wardrobe. The window faces the apartment’s terrace.

From the living room, through the corridor, you can reach the other two bathrooms and the other 2 bedrooms. First, you encounter the first bathroom, which has a large shower, bidet, and a custom-made wardrobe containing a washing machine and dryer. Continuing down the corridor, the second door is the second bathroom, also with a large shower, bidet, and sink.

The front door of the corridor leads to the second bedroom, which currently has a bunk bed, but will be replaced with a single bed. Here, too, there will be a desk and the large wardrobe seen in the photos.

The third bedroom at the end of the corridor, on the right, is the master bedroom, with a double bed (the children’s bed will be removed), a chest of drawers, and a very spacious and well-organized walk-in closet with drawers.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in every room, and it’s a smart home, meaning there is Alexa, and thus, you can control lights, heating, and air conditioning via voice commands. There is high-speed internet and all comforts.

In the apartment, currently lives a family with two children, so it is equipped accordingly with cribs, high chairs, and children’s toys. However, starting next month, the family will move abroad, and therefore, the bunk bed will be replaced with a single bed, and there will no longer be high chairs or toys.
