The bright and quiet 91 sqm apartment has been recently renovated and is located on the first floor of an Art Nouveau building. Entering the apartment, a corridor with spacious wardrobes leads us to the living area. The large living room has a comfortable three-seat sofa, a TV area with a 49-inch smart TV, a stereo system, a bookcase, and a table for 6 people. The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a large 7-door wardrobe, and a chest of drawers, and has access to the balcony facing the interior. Finally, we find the second bedroom complete with a double bed, 2-door wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
