Wonderful newly renovated small apartment consisting of one bedroom with sofa and desk and foldaway double bed, living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, small private furnished garden. Optional reserved parking space. The building consists of a few apartments all rented by extremely quiet people, the street is a small private street very quiet a few minutes from the new blue subway that allows you to get downtown or Linate airport in a few minutes. The rent includes utilities up to a maximum of seventy-five euros per month.
