Salmini 1 is a functional and bright flat, suitable for all types of travellers. It enjoys a strategic location, a few steps from the Porta Romana metro stop, and is located on the second floor without lift. The apartment is non-smoking and is equipped with air conditioning, heating, wifi, washing machine, dryer and television. The kitchenette is equipped with dishes, crockery and the main appliances: induction hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and fridge/freezer. The sleeping area consists of a single sofa bed in the living area and a bedroom with a double bed, and can accommodate up to 3 persons.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
