a induzione, lavastoviglie, frigorifero con congelatore separato, forno elettrico, forno a microonde, macchina
del caffè Nespresso e bollitore. Il divano letto matrimoniale ha un comodo materasso di 160x196/H17 cm.
In pochi minuti si crea una seconda confortevole zona notte. La smart tv da 43” è connessa a internet
tramite wi-fi e cavo di rete. Dal living si accede all’ampio balcone di 8 m2, dotato di un tavolino con sedie, da
cui si può godere di un’ampia vista sul raffinato contesto del quartiere. Gli arredi della camera comprendono
un letto matrimoniale, una scrivania per lavorare e un capiente armadio guardaroba. Il comodo materasso

prodotta da uno scaldacqua a pompa di calore con accumulo di 120 L. L'appartamento è dotato di wi-fi,
domotica, tapparelle motorizzate, sensore antifumo/antincendio con allarme, estintore, porta blindata,
videocitofono. Le finestre in PVC/alluminio con doppio vetro contribuiscono alla silenziosità e all'efficienza
energetica dell'appartamento. Il riscaldamento centralizzato a radiatori e il raffrescamento autonomo con
pompa di calore garantiscono il massimo comfort in ogni stagione.

primo piano senza ascensore di una palazzina signorile di 3 piani e 5 appartamenti. Modernamente
ristrutturato, offre dotazioni premium per soggiorni business e leisure. Si trova in una posizione strategica
per raggiungere rapidamente il centro della città. La fermata del bus 42 sotto casa permette di raggiungere
la Stazione Centrale in 20 minuti e la stazione Istria della metro M5 dista solo 4 minuti a piedi. A pochi passi
ci sono tutti i principali servizi. Una location ideale per vivere Milano con stile, efficienza e benessere.
