Modern three-room apartment in the heart of Milan that can accommodate up to 3 people. It has a bright and modern living area with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette. In the sleeping area there are two elegant and bright double bedrooms, one of which has a small balcony The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and all toilet facilities. Please note: there are 4 steps to climb to get to the lift! The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Milan a few steps from the Duomo, the place where today some of the most important monuments of Milan stand, as well as the Duomo, Palazzo Reale, the Galleria di Vittorio Emanuele II and the Archbishop's Palace. A few steps away you can also reach the Sforzesco Castle, the Last Supper, the Scala Theater, the Brera Art Gallery, the Basilica of Sant’Ambrogio, the Leonardo da Vinci Museum, the Arch of Peace, the Basilica of San Lorenzo Maggiore.
CANCELLATION POLICY - The tenant has the right to withdraw from the contract early with 3 months' notice to be communicated in writing.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION - The lease is temporary and the property is granted for a period of 1 month to a maximum of 18 months for temporary needs. The documentation required for drafting and signing the contract is the following: o Temporary reason: Employment contract, University acceptance letter or similar o Tax code o Identity card/passport
