The property is located in a strategic area, in a neighborhood well connected to the city center and complete with all services. Thanks to its convenience, the apartment is the ideal choice for long-term stays. The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, sleeping area (accessible via internal stairs), and bathroom.
The apartment is arranged as follows:
LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, moka pot, kettle, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa bed, and TV;
SLEEPING AREA with double bed;
BATHROOM with shower box, sink, toilet, and bidet.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split unit in the living room), central heating, washing machine (in the corridor next to the bathroom), first aid kit, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory to sign a short-term rental contract which involves administrative costs ranging from €50 to €150: the guest will be informed of these costs at the time of signing the contract. IT IS MANDATORY TO HAVE AN ITALIAN TAX CODE.
Switching on and off of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 no.74, DM 383 of (hidden)). Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The activation period and the daily usage time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulation. Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.

If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.
