This charming and cozy one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a beautifully maintained historic building with an elevator, in a traditional casa di ringhiera style. However, the entrance to the apartment is not on the shared walkway but rather in a private internal landing with access to only two apartments, offering extra privacy and quiet.
Inside, you’ll find elegant wooden parquet flooring and a welcoming living room with a sofa bed (sleeps 1–1.5 people), TV, extendible dining table with chairs, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, and a small dishwasher. The window overlooks the quiet internal courtyard, and the apartment is fitted with air conditioning.
The bedroom is warm and inviting, with decorative red accents on the walls that give it a romantic touch. It offers a double bed, a wardrobe, and a spacious walk-in closet. The bathroom includes a shower, an air extractor (as there is no window), and a toilet with integrated bidet function.
