This light 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor is welcoming and modern. Entering the apartment you're greeted by tiled floors, a vivid red décor scheme and pale wooden ceilings. The kitchen covers the entire left wall of the open plan living/dining/kitchen area and is already fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, plus a dishwasher. The bright red sofa and living area wall match the interiors of the bedroom, illuminated by the large skylight. There's a large double bed to relax in and the en-suite is just a few steps away! This apartment also features a large wardrobe and is perfect for couples.

Via Emilio Broglio is a small, bustling street in the Bovisa district of Milan. There are buses running past the apartment and you're very close to the nearby Milano Bovisa train station where you can catch a range of different trains. There are a few bars and restaurants nearby, including a 4.5 star restaurant called Ristorante Naxos. The nearest large supermarket is a 14-minute walk from the apartment, but you'll find various discount stores and a Punto Simply store much closer to the apartment, providing all the amenities you need. The Politecnico di Milano University campus and library are only a 9-minute walk from the apartment.

What we liked the most

  • The skylight windows in this apartment really make the rooms luminous!
  • There are air conditioning units in both the bedroom and living room so you can always stay cool.
  • The sofa in the living room can convert into a double bed, plus the dining table can be extended.
  • The red theme that runs through this apartment is modern and warm.
