L'appartamento è confortevole e comodo, molto luminoso e arieggiato. Si trova al terzo piano di quattro e non è presente l'ascensore. La zona è dotata di tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Si trova molto vicino a piazzale Loreto. È molto comodo anche per raggiungere a piedi il Politecnico.
