Area The flat is in Gioia district, very well served by public transports and only 400 meters from tram stop 5 that allows you to move around Milan easily. In the vicinity there are plenty of supermarkets and bars, as well as a peaceful alley lined with sycamores where you can enjoy relaxing walks. Some of the services of the area include a Carrefour express supermarket (Via Edolo, 26, 20125, Milano) at 200 meters, the Barni Di Barni Marzio pharmacy (Via Fratelli Lumière, 2, 20127, Milano) at 390 meters, and an Intesa San Paolo spa bank (Viale Lunigiana, 22, 20125 Milano), at 100 meters. Living room and kitchen The day area offers plenty of space and is filled with light. There are white walls and dark parquet floors that give the room a welcoming feel together with a great attention to details. The living room comes with a sofa bed and a functional dining table; in addition, it’s very sunny thanks to the balcony window. The eat-in kitchen is spacious, features a simple color palette, including gray-tiled flooring, and it comes equipped with everything you need to cook for family and friends. Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
